Excellence and Excellence
Amandine Mano and Cyril Griset
have accumulated 25 years of study and
28 years of professional careers in international companies which led to more than 1000 performances across
the world .
For 12 years now, they have been State graduates in Classical Dance and they teach and transmit their passion with sensitivity to young people
students to adults.
Among the many students who have
benefited from their teaching,
some are entered high schools
( Paris Opera, National Conservatories of Paris and Lyon, Rosella Hightower Cannes, American Ballet Theater School... ) and have joined major professional companies .
Others have simply learned to love dance , its demands, its aesthetics, the desire to do well, the beauty of the gesture ,
the taste of effort... ❤
Drawing on their experience, they created l'Atelier GM dance & well-being to have a place that looks like them where the teaching of classical dance will be put forward in respect of
the requirement of this art.
They also put all their experience into the
welfare of the person with Pilates and
body maintenance for Seniors .
They want to create a place of conviviality
in sharing and joy.

Workshop news
After international tours, and the practice of teaching in a dance school in Biarritz, we decided to create a unique place in accordance with our values.
We are therefore extremely happy to announce the opening of
L'Atelier GM danse & bien-être for the start of the school year in September 2022!
